Sullivan Mechanical Ltd. is comprised of a team of professional and dedicated employee’s, diligently working to expedite and complete service maintenance and projects in an efficient, safe and timely manner that best suits our customer. Sullivan Mechanical Ltd. employs licensed journeymen and registered apprentices, plumbers, gasfitters, refrigeration and sheet metal fabricators.

Sullivan Mechanical Ltd. is an authorized dealer and trained service representative for quality brand name equipment such as Viessmann boilers, Trane home heating, Uponor plumbing and hydronic space heating solutions. We have also been trained to service various commercial food appliances, not limited to but including equipment such as Rationale ovens, Garland gas ranges and Manitowoc ice machines. The equipment we choose to supply and install is backed by manufacturers that offer us optimum training and support followed by an extensive parts inventory we carry at our shop and premium components that are on consignment to us to minimize our customers down time. Sullivan Mechanical Ltd. has established accounts with leading transportation couriers and Hawk Air to provide prompt logistics from major parts suppliers outside of our region.
